Onze vereniging, het Coronavirus en nieuwe datum A Night On The Town.

Beste leden.

Jullie hebben al diverse emails ontvangen met betrekking tot de repetities en de activiteiten de komende periode.

Met dit nieuwsbericht ontvangen jullie een update van de onderwerpen.

1) We moeten alle repetities tot 6 april annuleren. In de week van 30 maart informeren wij iedereen over de repetities van maandag 6 april en later.
We volgen de richtlijnen van het RIVM maar verwachten dat het nog wel langer zal duren voordat we samen mogen repeteren.
 
2) We hebben een nieuwe datum voor het concert A Night On The Town. De datum is zaterdag 3 oktober 2020.
Noteer 03 oktober 2020 dus in je agenda. We gaan data vastleggen voor de repetities en het programma zal minimaal aangepast worden. We verwachten dat de voorbereiding bijna hetzelfde gelijk zal zijn als de planning voor 28 maart. Het repetitieweekend van 12/13 september kunnen we waarschijnlijk goed gebruiken om alles weer goed onder elkaar te zetten.
De externe communicatie volgt spoedig met tevens de communicatie over de tickets die al zijn gekocht. Bewaar deze tickets goed.
3) Jullie ontvangen de bladmuziek voor de komende concerten digitaal in je mail box of deze wordt beschikbaar gesteld via een download. 
Iedereen kan sowieso zelf verder met het repeteren van de muziek. Er komt wat nieuwe bij voor de komende concerten. Een leuke afleiding lijkt ons. Blijf ook lekker musiceren. Je hebt waarschijnlijk wat meer tijd hiervoor.
 
We hopen dat we snel duidelijkheid hebben over het hervatten van de gezamenlijke repetities en het doorgaan van onze activiteiten.  We hebben verschillende scenario’s tot / met begin 2021 besproken. Dit kan tot gevolg hebben dat we programma wijzigingen doorvoeren of onze planning van concerten moeten aanpassen. De agenda blijft tot nader bericht zoals die is.
 
Omdat het best dynamisch is willen we iedereen vragen om zich zo flexibel mogelijk op te stellen. We vragen iedereen om snel te reageren wanneer we de vraag stellen om je aanwezigheid voor repetitie of concert online (presentiemap) door te geven.  Een nieuwe activiteit staat al in de presentiemap en is geel gemarkeerd. Dit betekent dat je alsnog niet aangeven of je of niet aanwezig kunt zijn.

You have already received several emails regarding the rehearsals and activities in the coming period.

With this message you will receive an update of the topics.

1) We have to cancel all rehearsals until April 6th. In the week of March 30th we will inform everyone about the rehearsals of Monday April 6th and later. We follow the guidelines of the RIVM but expect it will take even longer before we can rehearse together.

2) We have a new date for the concert A Night On The Town. The date is Saturday October 3rd 2020. So make a note of 03 October 2020 in your agenda. We are going to set dates for the rehearsals and the program will be adjusted as a minimum. We expect that the preparation will be almost the same as the planning for March 28th. We can probably use the rehearsal weekend of 12/13 September to put everything back together again. The external communication will soon follow with also the communication about the tickets that have already been bought. Keep these tickets in a safe place.

3) You will receive the sheet music for the upcoming concerts digitally in your mail box or it will be made available via download. Anyway, everyone can continue rehearsing the music themselves. There will be some new ones for the upcoming concerts. A nice distraction in our opinion. Keep making music as well. You probably have more time for this.

We hope that we will soon have clarity about the resumption of the joint rehearsals and the continuation of our activities.  We have discussed various scenarios up to / including early 2021. This may mean that we will have to make programme changes or change our concert schedule. The agenda will remain as it is until further notice.

Because it is quite dynamic we would like to ask everyone to be as flexible as possible. We ask everyone to react quickly when we ask the question to pass on your attendance for rehearsal or concert online (attendance folder).  A new activity is already in the attendance folder and is marked in yellow. This means that you still cannot indicate whether or not you can be present.
